30 Second Speech Isn't Working, Now what?

Many Legal Nurse Consultants and Life Care Planners often face marketing challenges that hold them back from growing their practice. You are great at what you do but don't have enough business and marketing experience to move you to the next level. Instead you are unsure of how to get clients, get more work from existing clients or simply how to get your name out there more often.
By the end of this full-day workshop, you will:
- Learn why your current marketing materials are not working.
- Learn how to use social media to boost client rolls.
- Learn the strengths and weaknesses of your current web presence.
- Determine which mix of outbound and inbound marketing strategies will work best for your target client.
- Get the tools to create an automated marketing system for your practice.
- Create a marketing dashboard to allow you to fully automate your marketing campaigns.
- Learn how to have an easy follow-up system with potential clients.
What You Can Expect
This workshop is a full day workshop. We will go from 8:45 am to
5:00pm. We will start working at 9am sharp and the entire
morning is dedicated to establishing where you are in your practice
and what isn't working. We will
learn how to define your market position, brand your image, analyze
your web presence, create an automated marketing dashboard and
create outbound and inbound tactics to help you get more
clients.



Finally, we will wrap up the day with an open-ended Q & A period from participant questions collected throughout the day. This hand-son training workshop is so unique because of it's real-time answers, humor and one-on one interaction.
Requirements for attendance:

*1 yr LNC/LCP practice. ( Exceptions may be made at the Director's discretion)

*A laptop computer & flash drive recommended ( the hotel has a business center available for printing)

*Submission of marketing materials for review 1 week prior to workshop)

*Willingness to really dig in and learn new techniques to market your practice. This is not intended to help you write a better brochure or design new business cards. It is a hands on, intense learning day.
8:30am- Registration Open
The workshop will begin promptly at 9am, so please register as early as possible.
9:00am- Workshop Welcome & Overview
9:15am - 10:30am- Analysis and Explanation of Materials Review & Critique
In this session you will receive your individual practice evaluations, website reviews, marketing material reviews as well as brand adjustment recommendations. We will also do a cursory review of do's and don't when it comes to marketing your ongoing LNC/LCP practice.
10:45am - 12:00pm- Personalization Strategies to Attract & Retain Clients with Social Media, Conversion Tactics, Calls to Action and Presentations.
In this session you will identify which new marketing techniques will work within your brand identity to create potential ideal clients and how to get more business from the ones you already have. IT IS NOT handouts, brochures, direct mail letters or 30 second speeches. It focuses on the real advertisement/selling you have to do as a LNC or LCP to become successful. This is the one session that you DO NOT want to miss! We will determine if an outbound or inbound marketing focus will best suit your future practice marketing needs.
12:15pm - 1:30pm- Lunch Roundtable Open Discussion
This is your opportunity to ask the speaker a specific practice question, get help with a marketing strategy, bounce around a new idea and get some feedback, ask about her favorite shoes or whatever else is on your mind. This has become a very informative and popular session that participants always ask about.
1:30pm -4:30pm- Creation of an Automated Marketing System
Dashboards provide a real-time, up-to-the-minute view across all of your Sales and Marketing activities, down to fine-grained detail on touchpoints with prospects, current clients, Leads, and Contacts. From Email Marketing open and click rates, to the number of Leads created within your dashboard system, These dashboards have it all and together we will create one for your practice.
We will also teach you to analyze and track search engines, keywords, referring sites and direct traffic reaching your site. You will discover what content marketing web pages and assets are most valuable to potential clients of your site and which conversion tactics will turn visitors into revenue.

Speaker is available to schedule individual one-on-one
consultation in 30 minute blocks to interested participants
before or after the workshop.
