Remarkable Practice Marketing Workshop

What you can expect...

This workshop is a full day workshop. We will go from 8:45 am to 4:00pm.  We will start working at 9am sharp and the entire morning is dedicated to marketing and running your practice. We will learn how to define your market position, brand your image, analyze your web presence, create an actionable client attraction plan and identify practice goals.

A delicious complimentary lunch will be served at Noon, sponsored by BG-Vending, Inc. We will be using this hour to have a roundtable discussion about any practice or client question/issue you are dealing with these days. This often turns out to be one of the favorite parts of the workshop, the change to talk to your peer, and one-on-one to the speakers about the most individual parts of your practice.

After lunch we will devote the rest of the day to techniques, plans and examples of successful marketing campaigns and ideas that you can use in your practice. This hands-on "lab" type experience is unique. It isn't a bunch of pithy phrases or old-fashioned ideas. This session provides actual hands on successful (and flops) marketing ideas. A Do's and Don'ts session as well as some Never Do's will let you learn from the mistakes of others.

Finally, we will wrap up the day with an open-ended Q & A period from participant questions collected throughout the day. This hand-son training workshop is so unique because of it's real-time answers, humor and one-on one interaction.

Sessions:

8:30am- Registration Open

The workshop will begin promptly at 9am, so please register as early as possible.

9:00am- Workshop Welcome & Overview

9:15am - 10:30am- Branding Building Blocks

Is there really a need to brand my practice? How do I do that? What marketing materials do I really need? Do logo colors really matter? How and where do I use my brand? All of these questions and more will be answered in this workshop you will learn how clarity of brand image and message use generate maximum impact. Using the E/3 process to create effective image management.

10:45am - 12:00pm- Personalization Strategies to Attract & Retain Clients

In this session you will identify which new marketing techniques will work within your brand identity to create potential ideal clients and how to get more business from the ones you already have. IT IS NOT handouts, brochures, direct mail letters or 30 second speeches. It focuses on the real advertisement/selling you have to do as a LNC or LCP to become successful. This is the one session that you DO NOT want to miss!

12:15pm - 1:30pm- Lunch Roundtable Open Discussion

This is your opportunity to ask the speaker a specific practice question, get help with a marketing strategy, look at your brochure and give some feedback, ask about her favorite shoes or whatever else is on your mind. This has become a very informative and popular session that participants always ask about.

1:30pm -2:30pm- Astoundingly Simple Secrets to Make Social Media Bring in More Cases

We will explore the ins and outs of social media, pointing out where it intersects with old-school marketing and how you can use them in tandem to build your network, strengthen your practice brand and spread the word about your brand to the people who need to hear it. You’ll learn how to come up with a core marketing message, how to translate that message into the language of social media and how to evaluate which social networking sites are best for you.

2:45pm - 3:30 - Do's, Don't & Never Do's Hands-On Marketing "Lab"

This session's title pretty much says it all. This hands-on lab will show you the best, worse and disastrous examples of marketing gone good/bad. Hilarious and lively, you will learn what not to do and how to avoid costly mistakes.

3:45pm -Close- Question & Answers
